World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Beta - Guilds and Fixes

Another day has gone by for my experiences in the Mists of Pandaria beta. Fortunately, now that the servers have been restarted a couple times, there have been some fixes and some bugs that haven't quite been squelched. I also decided to start a guild and have had wild success so far! This is more observations I've made about the beta based on what I've been doing yesterday:
  • Something I probably should've mentioned, but failed to notice until someone said something in trade chat is that vendors now have a sort option by class and specialization. Unfortunately, it defaults to your character's specialization. It might be handy for sorting out vendor gear, however.
  • Gathering quests have mostly been fixed. This means it's possible to complete the Pandaren starting zone and do a good chunk of the Jade Forest zone (only available Pandaria zone at the moment).
  • Most portals require a Rune of Teleportation to use. This includes the portal in Dalaran and portals in the Jade Forest that return to capital cities.
  • Guilds have been changed a little. Players start at guild reputation exalted (upon relogging).
  • For some reason, the guild bank from a live server can "transfer" its contents with a Guild Master character if they are the Guild Master of a guild on the beta server as well, as shown below:
On live.
On beta.
  • Guild inviting is a little bugged at the moment. If the invitee is said to be "in a guild" when he or she is not, tell the person to relog. If you are the invitee, this will fix the problem and allow the inviter to invite.
  • Guild experience doesn't seem to have any daily cap. This is probably to allow people to get to level 25 faster.
And that's about it for today. My guild is Edict of Temperance, by the way, if you're interested in joining and are in the beta (or will get a beta key due to Annual Pass). The ranks are growing rapidly!
